How to install

A few Android steps

    Download the file

    Tap the red download button above. When the file has finished downloading, tap Open.

    Allow your browser to install it

    Android may show a message about installing apps from this source. Choose Settings, then turn on Allow from this source for the browser you used, such as Chrome.

    If Play Protect blocks the install

    Tap More details, confirm the app is called Fjällräven ZA Hub and came from this official page, then tap Install anyway. This warning appears because the beta is not yet listed on Google Play.

    Install, then open

    Tap Install, then Open when it is ready. You can turn the browser permission off again afterwards in Settings if you prefer.

What those Android prompts mean

The browser setting gives that browser permission to install this downloaded app. Play Protect’s warning means Google has not previously verified this beta through Google Play. Neither prompt switches off Android security or gives permission to every app. Continue only when the app name and official link match the instructions above.

What the Hub uses — and why

Account details you connect

When you sign in, the Hub uses your Shopify account details such as name, email, phone and saved address to show your profile and keep your shop experience connected.

Shopping information

Your basket and product choices are used to run the shop. Checkout and payment are completed by Shopify; the Hub does not collect or store your payment-card details.

Community messages

Messages you post in an event chat are visible in that conversation so the community and Fjällräven team can respond. Closed-chat records may be kept for up to 90 days for support and operational follow-up.

Service operation

The Hub needs an internet connection to retrieve current event, article and shop content. Limited technical connection information may be processed to operate and secure the service.
